We process orders quickly and aim to ship your nPulse device on the same business day or the next business day after your order is placed.
Once your order has been shipped, delivery times may vary depending on your location.
2. Address Requirement:
Please provide a complete and accurate shipping address during checkout to help ensure the successful delivery of your nPulse device.
If we identify any issue with the shipping address or require additional information to process your order, our team will contact you via phone, WhatsApp, or email to verify the details before dispatching your order.
Please note that delivery delays caused by incorrect, incomplete, or unverified address information provided by the customer may affect the estimated delivery timeline.
3. Shipping Method in India:
We partner with Blue Dart and Shiprocket to ensure your nPulse device is delivered safely and securely to your designated address.
Once your order has been shipped, you will receive your tracking details via WhatsApp and/or email, allowing you to monitor the status and progress of your delivery in real time.
4. International Shipping:
We accept international orders. Shipping timelines vary depending on the destination country, with most international orders being delivered within 3–7 business days.
International shipments are handled through Blue Dart’s DHL Express network, ensuring reliable and timely delivery. Once your order has been shipped, you will receive tracking details via WhatsApp and/or email so you can monitor your shipment throughout its journey.
